Urban Stead Cheese
Owner wanted to create the first urban cheese company in Cincinnati and began their search for the perfect location in late 2014. They knew that we needed a building with space to accommodate the production, aging and tasting of thier cheese, but it was also important for them to find a building that needed new life. A guiding principle throughout this process has been to do this with as small of a footprint as possible, and to contribute to the betterment of their city while doing so. They are excited to be renovating a building that had sat vacant for nearly ten years, and thrilled to be participating in the revival of the Evanston neighborhood and nearby East Walnut Hills and Walnut Hills.
