Mike’s Carwash. Setting the MEP template for new construction.

Since 1948, Mike’s Carwash has been making automobiles sparkle in the Tri-state. Their path of innovation is rich in heritage and constant, leading them to today’s most advanced carwash facilties.

EBS was challenged to navigate complex design issues and process integration across multiple jurisdictions that may have different code interpretations and or requirements.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering took on the complex integration of third-party systems with waste water reuse and filtration requirements, setting standards and establishing a template for repeatable development for the Mike’s Carwash Brand.
